Outlaw Rum (Highland Cask Finish) - Premium Rum

Award winning premium rum up to 10 years old. Finished in a Highland whisky cask. From the award-winning Angostura Distillery.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Sweet caramel, vanilla, with a subtle hint of toffee, melding into some wood and oakiness with a slight hint of sherry at the end.
• Palate: Exceptionally smooth beginning of caramel, vanilla with some toffee and honey. Citrus then appears with Portugal satsuma orange zest, leading into coconut and creamy butter notes with a hint of baking spice and raisin.
• Finish: Herbal root, possibly ginseng, combined with mild liquorice, stewed pineapple, custard, and mild citrus. Not excessively sweet.
